1. Cancellation Policy


1.1 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@bwebs.online.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.


1.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account and associated data will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
After the billing cycle ends, your account will be deactivated, and all data may be permanently deleted unless you request a data export within 30 days of cancellation.


2. Refund Policy


2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

You experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
You accidentally subscribed to a higher-tier plan and notify us within 24 hours of the transaction.


2.2 Non-Refundable Items

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Annual subscription fees are refundable only if canceled within 5 days of the initial payment, provided no significant usage of the service occurred.
Fees for customizations, integrations, or add-ons are non-refundable once work has commenced.


2.3 Refund Process

Account ID or Subscription ID
Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.


3. Trial Period


If you are on a free trial, you may cancel anytime during the trial period without incurring charges.
Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial period expires.


4. Changes to the Policy


Veloo Web Solution reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email and will be effective immediately upon posting.
